Mr. Phi is the Co-Founder and Partner of the firm. He is an experienced Trademark Attorney and also the Head of the Trademark Division of the firm.

Mr. Phi has more than 25 years of experience and expertise in the field of intellectual property, especially in addressing trademark-related matters, since 1998. Prior to founding TRI VIET & ASSOCIATES, Mr.Phi practiced as a trademark specialist in Tran. H.N & Associates, one of the first IP Law Firms in Vietnam. Mr. Phi has directly handled thousands of trademark applications and other trademark-related matters for domestic and international clients ranging from the largest multinational companies to individuals.
